WOW! This is extremely rare to find in this clarity and the stone is practically clean for the species! There are some inclusions confined to the exterior as can be seen in the middle picture above. In addition, there are a few minor inclusions that you will have to work around in one small area, possibly dividing the stone into two depending on yield preferences and cutting strategy. The good news is that a CLEAN stone appears possible from the rough IF YOU CAN FACET THIS MATERIAL. This truly is one of the ULTIMATE challenges for a faceter.
