AWESOME ULTRA RARE lot of Azure Blue to Yellowish Green Pakistani Lazulite Faceting & Cabbing Rough. We have had numerous requests for this material and it has been next to impossible to track down at a realistic price. This was one of only 2 lots we saw available with the other seller refusing to budge from $5,000+ for a few stones that were several carats each. This lot was priced very moderately and we were lucky to acquire it. We are working on taking a trip out to the mining area where this is unearthed to see what is available on location. Overall roughly 40-50% of this material is some type of facet grade with the bulk of the clean material being sub carat; however, there is one stone in here that is several carats and EXTREMELY clean and we are confident that alone will have you make double or triple the lot price once cut with relative ease. There is plenty of Facet material in here and this is a quick grab as it is next to impossible to purchase because of totally depleted mines.

1. This material was found several years ago and was readily available in large sizes for under $100 Per Kilo! Wow! What time has done to the price on this stone is unimaginable. Now this material is one of the most expensive stones available locally ranking up there with Ruby in larger cleaner stones! This material is extremely unusual being VERY strongly dichroic having a very Yellow Axis on one end and a super Blue axis on another. Some stones exhibit a Green almost illuminating color and some of this is a due to the mix of the two axis while some is naturally a Greenish color.
