Spectacular lot of Peachy Pink African Tourmaline Faceting Rough. We are unfortunately uncertain of the origin of this material; however, we are fairly confident that it is from Nigeria. The material itself has probably been out of the ground for about 10 years! This Tourmaline varies in color from a Pastel Peach/Pink to a bright Peach and Pink. This is a small sample that remained of a large parcel that was sold directly and we are just moving it out to clear the desk. The parcel is running roughly 65%+ High to Top Facet Grade with the bulk of the remainder being a lower facet grade and we are confident you will get some lovely finished gems out of this lot that will leave you breathless!! |
