Super Vibrant Neon Turquoise Blue to Pastel Pink Bicolored Afghan Tourmaline lot of fully terminated crystals!!! Every one of these is a lovely crystal section with roughly 75% of the lot being terminated at least at one end; however, there are a few pieces that are terminated at both ends. This lot contains some of the most magnificent colors available in Afghan Tourmaline! The parcel overall is composed of elongated crystals that are eye-clean or better. The bulk of this lot is TOP Facet Grade Rough; however, I don't know if faceting  is what you would want to do with this lot. We would conservatively estimate that roughly 95%+ of this material is Top Facet Grade with the bulk of the lot capable of faceting Eye-Clean or better finished gems. This is one of our best deals and likely to go quick so don't pass this by!

1. Afghan Tourmaline pockets tend to be relatively small in size and as a result consistency in color & quality is a rarity! We have never seen Afghan Tourmaline sold by the kilo with like colored and quality material and lots are generally small in size seldom going over 1/2-1 kilo.

2. All Afghan Tourmaline is exhumed from primary deposits and as a result mining costs are considerably higher due to dynamite expenditures and traveling expenditures to get to remote mining areas. It is also interesting to note that since all Afghan Tourmaline is from primary deposits most rough will usually have sharp crystal faces.
