This is a fairly NEW FIND of Scapolite crystals and crystal sections coming from Badakshan, Afghanistan. This is the second lot of this material we have gotten a hold of that is a decent dark color. Quite a few of these stones are slightly to moderately included; however, there are quite a few nice stones in here and we estimate that at least 40% of this is medium to high grade facet rough. There is probably considerably more facet rough that will need to be cobbed out as our estimate is conservative. These are NOT huge pieces and the smaller pieces tend to be cleaner; however, this is deeply discounted to move quick! This is a RARE find and I haven't heard of anyone else who has this material from Afghanistan so don't miss your chance to pick it up. We got this at a great price and are passing the savings on to you!
