Breathtaking RARE Bicolor Peachy Pink to Pale Aqua Bluish White Afghan Morganite Crystal Specimen! This is a lovely crystal that we didn't have the heart to cob up. The bulk of this crystal is very gemmy though it has a fine sheen pretty much splotched around everywhere internally. The crystal itself is well terminated and/or etched; however, it does have some contact in a few areas. We would ideally recommend this piece for some high end Carving idea you may have. The crystal is very transparent and there are definitely areas internally that one could facet though the best usage would be a carving. We have only seen a handful of pieces of this caliber and it is a SUPER deal for someone with carving capabilities. We only get such pieces once or twice a year so don't miss out on this piece! At 209.8 GRAMS this is a MONSTER!

1. In Afghanistan Morganite is almost always classified by crystal structure and not so much by color. This is why you will occasionally see some light Aqua colored stones in Afghan Morganite lots.

2. There is only a limited amount of Afghan Morganite produced every year and annual production has been steadily decreasing.
