Awesome lot of a NEW FIND of Mandarin Orange to Tangerine colored Hessonite Garnet Crystals and Crystal Clusters from Waziristan, Pakistan. As you can see from the pictures, this is Specimen Grade material. Most of these are well terminated crystal clusters of Garnet. We haven't tested the material; however, we are fairly confident the material is Grossular Garnet (Hessonite). This is an educated guess from our experience but the material may be Spessartite though that is unlike due to the striations on most of the material we purchased.

We only have this parcel of this material that is high quality for the Specimen and Crystal collectors and we don't anticipate on getting more as it was just sent to us as a sample from a fairly new deposit in Western Pakistan. If this strikes you fancy I would suggest grabbing it quick as we don't know how much more of this will be produced.

1. Kashmirine is highly sought after by collectors. The initial find in Kashmir looked very promising; however, after a few months of mining most of the material dried up and it is rarely seen in the market.
