Awesome RAREEEEEEEEEE NATURAL Mandarin to Tangerine Orange Clinohumite Faceting Rough from Tajikistan! This material is VERY sporadically produced and we were EXTREMELY lucky to be able to acquire any! Facet & Cab Grade Clinohumite is really only produced in one location in the world significantly and this material is probably as rare as it gets for stones.

This material is RARELY eye-clean and slightly included material looks to be the norm at best when going over 1 carat in size. This is a very blocky piece that is unusually large for the species; however, it does have some inclusions that you will have to work with. Most of the inclusions are located on the periphery and there really isn't any inclusion all too significant towards the center of the stone; however, we would probably ideally suggest that this be divided into two stones to get the cleanest finished gems possible. We are confident most inclusions should facet out or mask up well with a little planning and hard work! Were this stone clean we would not price it less than $250 Per Gram!

We have seen slightly included stones above 1 carat go from a few hundred Per Carat to well over $1,000 depending on size and seller.
