Lovely Lot of HUGE Nigerian Amethyst Faceting Rough running from a Pastel Purple to a Siberian Purple. This is very nice material with roughly 65%+ being Medium to High Facet Grade Rough. This lot is composed of three large chunky crystal sections and all three show partial terminations. These are NOT small pieces and the average weight per stone is 217+ Carats! Please note that some stones exhibit some very unusual inclusions that look like needles all running parallel to one another.

Due to the size of this rough and the volume of rough we receive, we have not cobbed and cleaned this material to get the stones eye-clean. All of the stones in this lot do have minor inclusions and veils; however, this is very gemmy material and many inclusions can be worked around and/or should cut out. Stones this size rarely come eye-clean and therefore, you will have to divide the rough up into several stones to get the cleanest finished gems possible.
